Stuart’s Seafood in Amagansett on the Market

Stuart’s Seafood Market, the famed Amagansett shop frequented by celebrities and locals alike, has hit the market for  $6.99 million, according to the NY Post. Gwyneth Paltrow, a part-time Amagansett resident, is a regular customer, and used the shop for a photo shoot for her cookbook, “It’s All Good.” Situated on one acre just off of Montauk Highway, the property also two additional residences, an 1800 sq. ft. two-story home, and another 1000 sq. ft. house. Stuart’s opened in the 1950’s as a one-room fish house and has since been owned by three different families. The current owners are Bruce and Charlotte Sasso.

The only commercially zoned property in the neighborhood, it’s listed Tracey Holmes and Randi Ball of the Corcoran Group.
