The couple first listed the two-acre estate overlooking Gardiner’s Bay last year with Corcoran for $13.5M. The new price of the listing, now with Frank Newbold and Beate Moore of Sotheby’s, is $12.4M. The duo purchased the property in 2014 for $11.65M.

The home was built originally by Hollywood director Barry Sonnenfeld, best known for his Men in Black film franchise. It was later bought by Tony-Award winning theater producer Roy Furman, whose mega hits include Spamalot, The Book of Mormon and Hello Dolly.  Somehow we don’t feel we need to list Weinstein’s credits.

Naturally, the 9,000-square-foot home boasts a theater with a 20-foot-wide 3-D viewing screen and a wood-burning fireplace. Also on the lower level you will find a popcorn machine for that cinematic touch.
