Andy Cohen Closes on an Oceanfront Amagansett Property

Bravo’s Andy Cohen reportedly found his new Amagansett address earlier this spring with the help of friend Sarah Jessica Parker, who lives just down the street from the Marine Boulevard property that he picked out. According to the Real Deal, the talk show host has closed on the listing at 161 Marine Boulevard, which is a vacant 0.56-acre plot of land with 125 feet of ocean frontage.

Originally listed for $7.25 million when it came on the market in 2018, it was more recently available under Sotheby’s International Realty agent, Cindy Shea, for a lesser $5.9 million. But the Real Deal reports that Cohen got it for even less, paying around $5.4 million for the parcel.

The listing claims that there are “[p]ermits in place for a single family residence, decking, and a walkway over the dune to the beach.”

We’re definitely curious to see what kind of home Cohen chooses for his new Hamptons abode!
